Reservations and Rates

RESERVATIONS:

	Unit 201 will rent from Saturday to Saturday	Weekly rates
	Unit 203 will rent from Saturday to Saturday.	Weekly rates
	Unit 502 will rent from Sunday to Sunday.	Weekly rates
	Unit 503 will rent from Sunday to Sunday	Weekly rates

5% discount will be given for a 4-week rental.
An additional 5% discount will be given for an 8-week rental (2 months).
Rental rate for 8 weeks or longer is negotiable.
Security deposit of $200.00 is required with reservations.
50% of rental is required 60 days prior to reservations.
Balance of rental is due upon arrival.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m./Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Please charge any long distance calls to a credit card or home telephone number.
Security deposit is refunded approximately 45 days after departure, (this deposit is held for any long distance calls or damage that may have taken place during stay).
Cancellations – a written notice must be received 60 days prior to reservation date to receive refund.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation with a 30-day notice.
All units fully furnished with dishes, linens, color cable TV, VCR, icemaker, telephone (free
local calls only), washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, self cleaning oven, etc.
All rates subject to 12% sales tax.
Two more persons than the designated number may stay overnight at a charge of $20.00 per person per night.
